Hunting Lease Available Again

I put this on here a couple weeks ago and had a buddy that used to hunt the place tell me he wanted it and would pay me in a week. I have known the guy for years and would never have thought he would do it but he called Thursday as I was getting ready to head out hunting with family and backed out. So it is available again. 160 acres east of Blackburn, OK. $480 for a year lease. You can share it with someone for that price or whatever but that is the price for the year. Deer and turkey on the place. I had some inquiries last time but did not save them..sorry. Let me know if interested and I will try to meet you out there and show you the place. Guys this is is closer to Kansas where the deer and often times racks are bigger too. A couple of you OSA'ers could go together and split it.
