So are the plastic spoons at McDonalds and Burger King called "assault spoons" since they make people fat and decrease their lifespan ? Just think of the possibilities with this thinking:

Assault Cigarettes
Assault Liquor
Assault Cars
Assault Matches
Assault Screwdrivers
Assault Bees(bee stings kill more people each year than actual terrorism)
