Is the tree up on the Devon Tower..yet?

Its about 12:35, noonish here in Okc. The Devon tower is supposed to have a tree hoisted to the top of it today. Dang it, I forgot my binoculars so I can't really tell. Maybe they haven't done it yet. Never did hear the reason why, garden or lush area on top?
