Blue socks....please white socks with grey toes and heels. Manly socks for me by golly! Slippers yes, fuzzy ones, very toasty.
I love it!!! I love the cold. I hate the summer because it’s too dang hot and humid. I love the 60’s but when it’s cold enough to build a fire I am really happy. As a matter of fact, I’m fixing to go build a fire, eat and watch some scary movies! Can’t get any better.
Best thing about cold weather, the little blood suckers are dead!

Exactly. Drove the 45 miles to the farm to hunt this morning and didn't get a single bug splatter on the windshield.
I'm glad it is cold because out west you get tired of washing all the grasshoppers off your vehicle.

I don't mind the cold. I just don't like cold and rain.
Yes the dam ticks were so bad in one area that I went in once to clear some firewood lanes and came out to never go back again until winter.
