Governor Stitt is his last chance. Jones was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death by lethal injection. The Pardon & Parole voted to recommend clemency.
The parole board is a joke , when arguing the pro's of clemency the main part of the discussion was Jones has always maintained his innocents .............. Eye witness ID'ed him. What will the Governor do is what ever he thinks will further his political career! This has been turned into a political debate instead of something based on facts... I do not envy Stitt's job right now cause what ever he does , it will be lambasted by folks with less than all the facts.
What further evidence did the parole board have. That would warrent clemacy other than "I didn't do it?" They all say that, every last one. Injection is inhumane? Shooting a father with three kids is inhumane.
This sob should be hung with a barbwire noose from the arch at Big Mac prison and left to swing in the wind.

One week away.
It's all setting the stage for a riot and looting. If Stitt lets the death sentence stand, there will be a riot and looting in protest. If Stitt grants clemency, there will be rioting and looting in celebration.

This is the Republican Party now guys. It is chock full of these scum bags. I guarantee Stitt will do it. He is probably thinking he will make a lot of blacks happy if he does and it will help his re-election. It’s sad when politics are more important than justice. Welcome to America, where true justice is dead.
I have to wonder ... Were the members of the Pardon and Parole Board present at the trial? If not, they are in the dark and listening to rhetoric.
