It was the decision of the jury that convicted him, not the parole board or the Gov.. If this is the new road to the legal system, then rid ourselves of the judge/jury. Let the Gov. make all the decisions or just have a vote among the scumbags family and a few celeb's. That should do it.
The jury decision was 20 years ago. Try to remember the problems with the Medical Examiner's office, and accusations against Mr. Macy. Better techniques have been developed in 20 years, and evidence was presented to P&D board, a very common occurrence in today's world. Try not to let broad brush hatred for politicians get in the way of attempting to follow what has happened in twenty years.

I guess the 20 year older eyes of the murdered persons sister falls in that new Medical Examiner realm. Wonder how Macy used his talents to make her eyes see that?
