As you probably know, when one reaches the age of 64 in OK, one can get a lifetime hunting and fishing license for ten bucks. Pretty good deal, but does not currently include some stuff like doe tags, archery tags, muzzleloader tags, turkey tags, etc.
Next year (2011) it will. I got tired of having to go get tags and stuffing my wallet with them, and called the Department to see if the $240 old guy full lifetime license was still available. They said yes, but that it made more sense to buy the tags singly for one more season, because in 2011 the ten dollar lifetime license will have the same features as regular lifetime licenses.
Maybe I'm the last to know, but this was new to me. Good news for the near dead. CB
