no like i said; anything past your personal property is taxed so much you either HAVE TO ACTUALLY BE WEALTHY to afford it, like REALLY be able to afford it, not just have the bank for it then get someone else to pay you in order to pay the bank.
if you own property that YOU aren't living in; it gets taxed to the point of making it not worth it. people with "summer homes" that are actually rich can still have them; boomers taking advantage of the corrupt financial system will not.

Ok so you don’t want people to own more than one house. But how does that stop you from buying one for yourself?
well supply and demand is certainly affected when you put artificial entry barriers like the credit system. also when you allow hoarding.

So the solution for you is to keep renting and helping someone own more than one house?
no the solution is waiting for them all to die. time is on my side. i don't mind waiting to see what shakes out; like i said things are trending my way. even the right wing is supporting populism; as it should.
