Was $4/lb when I started buying them a few years ago. Last weekend, they were the ribeye spot price and hard to find.

Oh good Lord, if your having a ribeye or chuckeye other than rare to medium rare your lost in the culinary world...... LOL.

No doubt, med-rare is tastier... But I hate bloody baked potato, and the old lady refuses to wash an extra dish if I want to segregate my bloody steak from my sides.

Seems like a lot of folks around here need to have a username of "neanderthal."

All this talk of eating uncooked meat kind of disturbs me. One person has already said that they can't trust anyone that doesn't drink or eat rare steaks.
