Need prayers please.

Done... several times. Children hold a real soft spot in my heart. In fact, one of the things I talked over with my wife on the very first day I met her (lots of decades ago!) was that seeing my own blood isn't a problem. But seeing a child bleeding... THAT bothers me!

Even a routine surgery is SURGERY and this is BRAIN SURGERY. Maybe routine for the Dr, scary as hell for the normals.

My favorite step child is going into the hospital today for brain surgery to hopefully stop her seizures. Will be in the hospital for 2 to 3 weeks. While they say it is a retinue surgery they admit it has risk. Please say a prayer for her if you are so inclined. Daughter is not scared but the wife is worried of course.

May the good Lord bless her and keep her through all this.

Surgery was supposed to start at 7am this morning. It got bumped back to 11:30 than 1pm. 6 hours in surgery but doc said it went well and she is now in ICU. Tomorrow hopefully will be sent down to the epilepsy ward where they will monitor her for 2 to 3 weeks to see if they cured her seizures. I hope so.
