Any surgery is scary. But, these surgeries are so common today, to be almost mundane.

My buddy had his last of 3 (within 3 years), 25 years ago. At the VA, no less.
Scary, yes, but all turned out great.

Good luck, stay strong, do what the Dr tells you.

Good to hear!! Now take care of yourself, do what the doctor tells you and we are all looking forward to better times for you. Biggsly's is right -- time will take care of your coming divorce. It's odd to say outloud but my divorce turned out to be one of the better things to happen to me in my life, though I didn't think so at the time. I hope you look back someday and find the same to be true for you ...
