Need some steak knives?

Unfortunately for me, we ended up in Aspen Co yesterday after going over Independence pass.
Not one thing in that town that interests me but the knife shop.
Way overpriced kitchen knives running $500 or so each that can be duplicated with supplies at woodcrafters and a belt sander.
But then ran on to this set of steak knives.

Wanna know how much this set costs?

I hope the knife maker gets the sale, but it’s out of my price range by a bunch.

Must be for really tough cuts of meat which is all you will be able to afford after that purchase.
