It definitely takes some getting used to. I'm lucky that I don't seem to need mine anymore after my weight loss. I used one for about 2 years and it definitely helped me, but I'm glad to not be using it anymore.How do you sleep with that gotdamned thing on your face.I tried one of those sleep studies...walked out about 2 hours into it. I can't stand anything on my face. I figure if my sleep apnea kills me in my sleep, so what? That's how I would rather go anyways!

No dreams from it, but it did make for some interesting Amazon purchases if I didn't go to bed right away. I get dreams from Melatonin.I tried Ambien. Drove me apeshit, batshit crazy! Wild and wacky dreams!
