Hmm...Vermont...nice scenic winters, beautiful fall colors because they actually have tree's, no brutal hell like summers, they have 4 seasons instead of 1 1/2 and high on the gun list...sounds pretty good to me. Maple syrup is probably cheaper to.

OKs law is murky IMO. Because you can be charged with trespassing if you are carrying in a business with a gun buster and they don't even have to ask you to leave before doing it.

If it's "murky" and you have no case of this ever having happened, how do you know it's possible? How do you know one could be charged with trespassing just for entering a posted "no guns" establishment while carrying?

I would really like to see an amendment to OKs SDA that clarifies that it "Shall not be a criminal act" to carry in any prohibited place for a CCL holder. MOs law has this clause and so long as no one asks you to leave, you can carry anywhere you damn well please (bars, professional sporting, etc) and you are protected from prosecution.

HB2221 would do exactly this in regards to private property. It's a request bill from OK2A and OKOCA. Please get connected so you can help us get it passed.

Because some of us have sought and obtained the legal opinion of paid legal professionals.

Thanks!!! Sent a letter to my Rep. just now. This bill needs to happen.

Any idea on the status of this bill? Does it enjoy wide support in the house, or do we have an uphill battle?
