Tony's! That place was great. Last time I saw him (20 or so years ago) he was catering, weddings and such.

If you're age is correct then you missed it in it's prime. The 70's and early 80's were great. After that, the only worse mexican food is Pancho's.

My wife is still mourning the death of Diamond Jacks. Its gone for good this time. I remember going there as a little kid when we would go to Southroads mall. They took the same front door with them when they moved to their Harvard locations, then when the 44 widening began they moved to 68th and Yale. Now theyve closed for good. Great old fashioned sandwiches and great potato salad.

Had lunch there a year or so before they closed -- didn't bother going back, hype and others' memories exceeded the reality of poor service and bad food.

Nelson's is back @ 46th & Memorial and does a really strong lunch business in the times I've eaten there. The breakfast is also quite good.
