Dang!!! I missed this yesterday. Sorry about that. Here's one from Utah for that mistake. This is along I-70 between Salina, UT and Green River, UT. In moving from Utah back to Oklahoma, we ambled our way with stopovers in Colorado and Kansas. I couldn't take pictures while towing the RV, so after we got set up for the night in Green River, we went back along the route in the Expedition so I could get pictures of that stretch of road. About 60 miles of it.
This is the Mount Washburn trail in Yellowstone National Park - After we had moved on to Idaho on that vacation, I read in the paper where a Grizzly bear had attacked a hiker on this trail. Fortunately, he threw off his backpack and the bear stopped for it instead of continuing to go for him.
