The new Hornady ammo has brought my interest level up a lot...a whole lot.
I had .460 in my hands at Sports World in T-town, and passed, just because the round was new and I hadn't done my research. The latest offering in .308 is probably a must-have. We'll see what happens in the future. What cal is yours?
The new Hornady Leveraction is supposed to bump it 50 yards or so. I don't have anything to compare it to - that is all that has been through the gun. Mine is in 30-30
I don't know if I'll have time to get out for rifle season, but if I do I'm taking my Marlin 1894 .44mag
With that new Hornady ammo its moved up in the scheme of things from a short range round to a mid range round. That one is not out of the picture either.
