The diamond stocks shown by OP aren’t “Coke Bottle” stocks. The Cokes came after the non relieved diamond stocks. Cokes will have the “football” cutout as seen on the middle set shown. And Cokes are not necessarily the most sought after or most expensive. The pre-war Magnas can go way higher than Cokes.

For clarification, there’s no serial number method for dating the S&W stocks. And my earlier reply to your question is not fully accurate: there is a lot of overlap in the style and features of the stocks. The earliest Target stock is shown in your original post, with the diamond center and no thumb cutout. The diamond continues through about 1968, although the football cutout was added in the late 50s, early 60s. And so on…
