Caught the sandbass up on the rocks yeterday. Caught 29. Little small lake in western oklahoma.
Good job man. Those things are fun to catch when nothing else is biting. Any size to em?
Thanks. 1 we weighed at just under 3 pounds. Fun on an ultra light. I told some local dads to get there kids out there.
Wonder if they are heading up the creeks yet? still pretty early for this far north though. This warm weather may put them in a false run, but the cold will run them back into the lake.

Water temp in this little lake was 54 yesterday. But was down today. It slowed the fishing down.
Its so iffy this time of year.
Warm days with a wind blowing across a point, or bank will group up the shad for a day or two, then a nice day when one wants to go out, is not good.
I know it tough to do, but the cloudy days with bad weather coming in, seem to be the best fishing.
