dennishoddy that sure looks like jelly.
I leave my skins in and make jam, i had some this morning from 2 years ago when i got into them good.

I will need to look at the brandy.
I made a couple of batches of wine that turned out really good recently. But it was grape.

Dang! my bushes are on the driveway. I've picked just a couple of ripe ones. I drive by them several times a day. Their loaded with green ones.
The ones getting ripe just disappear. Critters getting them I guess.

So I canned 5 more pint jars of jelly tonight, not one jar lid popped when I pulled them from the boiling water??????? Canning guru's to the rescue please! Never happened before ever.

Same everything, lids, time boiled, pot boiled it.........just the time of day is different. Not really big issue, it won't last that long anyway, lol. Just would like to know what happened. Made sure the threads on the jars were clean, before I put lids on, didn't over tighten lids either. The other day, they popped about 15 seconds after I took them out.
