I never would've thought. All three of Trump's appointees voted not to hear the case. Alito and Thomas were the only one's willing to even here it. They even cited prior precedent in the opinion they filed. The lack of anyone's ability to even seek justice, much less receive it, is stunning and heartbreaking to see.
