I just read that the huffington post is reporting that one of the witnesses said in Arabic that "this is because of Trump". These people are scum.

Also saw where the suspect used an AK. I thought they were illegal there? If they weren't you can bet they will be now. It really amazes me how much the article leaned towards saying the suspect was a conservative and basically associating that with hate and death. Sickening.

I also think AK style "assault weapons" are basically forbidden there. Could be wrong though. But don't worry, the "problem" will be conservatives. You know, because conservatives are mean. And conservatives with guns are nothing but dangerous. And it's all Trump's fault.

Not even close. The Czech VZ-58 (a very well-made "clone" of the AK-47) is very popular there, as is the Norinco clone of the M1A. Also, Canada does not have NFA rules, so 7.5" barreled VZ-58s are quite popular. I lifted this pic off of the "Canadiangunnutz" website.

I would dearly LOVE to have one of those. I have (or used to have before the unfortunate boating accident) a standard VZ.58. It is (was) a fine, fine rifle.
