Obviously a person who is on something that was prescribed to her. I would wager. But they wont reveal the meds or any treatment 'it' was receiving. And this is only three pages. As someone pointed out, this is not a manifesto. It's a person planning a mass murder who's mind is just not right.

Neither would FOX or others. They are trying to verify the papers. Worried about a trap being set up by
other media. Recall some of the MSM were suckered into the hospital being 'targeted' in Gaza and 500 dead. The liberal media would do such a thing since they have been sooooo guilty of running with anything anti Trump. Just to get back at their naysayers. And proven wrong.
