I don't agree with the verdict but told my wife this am I thought it'd come back not guilty. Prosecution did a good job of showing she was a horrible person and neglected and probably abused her kid so she could party but didn't PROVE that is what killed her.

My thoughts exactly! They did find her guilty on 4 counts of "Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer".

innocent until proven guilty. proven being the key word. more like guilty until proven innocent though.
