I got up at 5AM to start the smoker.
I am smoking a 10lb ribeye roast, bone in half ham, and a turkey. Once the meat gets done smoking I will raise the temp on the smoker and put in a homemade apple pie and some Golden Corral style yeast rolls.
My wife and daughters will make all of the unhealthy stuff.
