Last week, was visiting with a rep from a local utility. Was told they have over 60 applications for grow houses here in southern Ok. Only gonna get worse folks.

We’ve been looking at rural properties for a couple years. One thing we’ve noticed is the amount of out-of-state buyers looking at similar properties. Primarily acreages with existing barn/shops. We have ran into several other buyers when looking and almost all were Asian.
