Can't be that, she admits in the broadcast she's no expert, and she isn't. The radio waves won't wrap around the earth and hit the US targeting a cellular provider. Maybe that could happen if the earth had the mass of a black hole. The flare happened at 3:32 AM CST. The real damage comes 3 or 4 days later when the CME hits us. She also said the Ionosphere protects us from solar radiation, wrong again emily, it's the Van Allen Belts.
Looks like one of two things now, a Cyber Attack or a badly applied network security patch (software.)
They are already here actively working against us, passing Bills and in general not doing their jobs.

They're doing their jobs alright. Quite well, I might add. And they have been for some time. It's all a matter of perspective.
They just don't try to hide their agenda any longer like they did years ago.
Since the FBI director testified before congress that the chicoms have hacked into our infrastructure, a lot of internet buzz is that this is a test run that will become widespread right before the chicoms invade Taiwan.
Tin foil hat off now, just reporting what I've been reading.
