Flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
For grease, we always used left over bacon drippings we kept in a coffee can. Does anybody still do that these days?
I haven't had a good fried chicken meal in centuries. It seems they are just really hard to find if you don't do it yourself. Now I'm really hungry.
