An administrative judge in Hooterville doesn't have the authority to order a sitting president to appear in court . Nothing new or unusual about that.

Turbo, this is so whacky, I'm not sure what to make out of it. In the Jones case, an individual sued the POTUS for sexual harrassment she alleges happened while he was governor. It was a normal civil suit. This is so out there. Maybe a motion to move it to Federal court and/or a protective order? It's crazy.

No, and I wouldn't waste time reading it. Come on Turbo, this is just pure drivel. All the BS about Obama's birth certificate, elgibility, etc. Why can't the "birthers" just accept that Obama won last time. If the people want to elect him again, so be it.
