Actually, obamacare was passed due to zero gridlock. It was passed under one party control and the only negotiation needed was watering it down just enough (or giving enough handouts) to get enough votes within that party.First you identify real problems. Then solve or remedy them one at a time. You only have gridlock and real problems when 2 sides cant agree. If you have gridlock, nothing gets addressed or solved. When you have gridlock you get Obamacare.
