I'd last less than 1 shift as a Police Officer these days. You guys wade thru the cesspool of society on a daily basis and are second guessed for every decision you make. Most of those who protest or criticize the Police wouldn't qualify to be one or couldn't do the job if they did.

Just listened to Rep. Conyers speaking for Congressional Black Caucus calling for stronger background checks and assault weapons ban.
Very unfortunate happenings all the way around.
So many trigger happy people on both sides. Two things are very apparent to me, cops are not well trained or the training is failing in stressful situations and young black people are looking to start a war.
How do we turn this ship?

Sadly, i think there are a lot of people who want to start a war. Not just the young black element.
Let's hope there's no copycat scenarios today.
