I am only concerned because number one, the price is higher than most. Also I have heard to stay away from those companies that do not put a cap on benefits.I went with CCW Safe shortly after receiving my carry license.
Never had to use 'em (thankfully), but never found a reason to change companies either.
YMMV.
Lol, who on earth said that? A competitor? Also I have heard to stay away from those companies that do not put a cap on benefits.
No, it was actually something I read. I started to sign up for CCW Safe and I spoke to the owner, I was almost signed up and then something just clicked and told me not to. I want to be sure, so I am hoping I will get a lot of feedback.Lol, who on earth said that? A competitor?
AFAIK, the only cap they have is on posting your bail, and that varies with the plan you purchase. No, it was actually something I read. No I agree and that's a great selling point and I just found this chart that pretty much made up my mind. The ONLY thing I don't like, is they pick the attorney.AFAIK, the only cap they have is on posting your bail, and that varies with the plan you purchase.
I'd rather have a company that won't abandon me after X amount of attorney fees though. Even if the bail coverage doesn't get me out of jail, at least they'll keep representing me until the final appeal.
And I'm thinkin' they try harder because they tout their record on these issues. A public defender, not so much.
Just my two cents.
Well... they are paying the lawyer. And (from what I understand) they research lawyers to particularly find those that are pro-2A.No I agree and that's a great selling point and I just found this chart that pretty much made up my mind. The ONLY thing I don't like, is they pick the attorney.

Something the average Joe can't easily do.
