I'm highly doubt it as we are in a residential subdivision. I also doubt that the state or city has bothered to check either. In time I'm assuming that they will clamp down on his grower permit at least, since there's no way he's in compliance with the security requirements. His garage basically has it's entire volume filled with two large grow tents. His door is up at least partially a good bit of the time. Most of the time his plants are not seen but sometimes they are. At night it's pretty obvious, and unless he has them on platforms they are a good 7 feet tall.That’s sucks, hate to hear it. I take it, the zoning allows a business?
