I was referring to zoning codes and facility security requirements. I know he's legal with the activity itself. Except for the selling out of his home after hours...your kidding right??
You do realize this pot thing id still relatively new and once its more relaxed and overall excepted, like alcohol, which has been a comman thing all of our lives but kills hundreds of thousands of people each year, then no cop will flinch at it and regulations on it are only going down from here on out.
The same is headed in for other criminal justice reform as well.
you should embrace that overall principal as a free American.
Correct. I did a deep dive into all the requirements to get the permits he's gotten. Security is his big issue. No cameras to be seen. I'd be shocked to find that he has a monitored service too. Garage door open for hours at a time for all the world to see. At night when he has his tents open, with the grow lights going, his plants are straight up beautiful. He's going to have issues eventually. No Marijuana insurance company would write this, and I guarantee State Farm, Farmers, or AAA or whomever he has on his home would kick him off quick fast in a hurry if they found out. IF he has a claim then he's screwed too I'd wager.
