A good cover is worth it's weight in gold

Oh I would definitely have a cover - but I meant overhead. As it is now, if I have my grill and 2 smokers pulled in under the roofline, there is no room for anything else, and it infringes on our seating outside. I don't want to keep it out in the weather without overhead cover, even with a canvas cover over it.

That makes sense to me. My patio is only half covered so I don't have a choice . I bought a really nice cover that goes over my Weber grill and smoker. Absolutely no issues with the setup.

Exactly... I have the covers for all of them, but my patio is only half roofed, also. I just don't like leaving them out, even with the cloth/canvas covers.

Plus, since I've stopped eating carbs, there is less use for this. I don't eat near as much as I used to, I almost never do breakfast anymore... no rice for stir fried rice, no taters for fried taters... no bread to do burgers or philly steaks... I dunno. I just don't cook or eat like I used to, so I dunno how much use I would get out of it anymore. Nobody likes me enough to come hang out, anymore, either, so I can't even entertain. lol

Another weekend, another batch of fajitas for me.

6# beef, 3# shrimp, 9 bell peppers and 7 onions on the Blackstone.
Should be enough for a meal or two...

The more I cook on it, the better the seasoning gets. I noticed clean up was a LOT better this time.

Dang it Gun Dog that is perfect size for my family. I think I have to go to Wal-Mart and buy one now.

Edit: ran up to Wal-Mart found same kit as Gun Dog this thing went together in 10 minutes. I like when a company dosent have you waste 3 hours doing assembly. Seasoning has begun.
