I use McCormick Texas style seasoning packets. How much flour do you use? I thought about that...I use the two alarm chili kit and add all the masa flour in it to thicken it up, it’s real thick
Thats Pinterest, not GC. And everyone of those recipes are soupy... @chazroh

It comes with a packet of it. I’ll look at it and guesstimate how much is isI use McCormick Texas style seasoning packets. How much flour do you use? I thought about that...
No water added, I used a large can of tomato juice. I like it just fine this way. Toss in a crumbled up piece of cornbread and WALLAH, no more soup.Harassment aside, I use McCormick too and mine does not come out soupy. Might be to much water or tomato juice. Or possible just an old packet of seasoning.
How many oz is that packet? Of maybe you could measure it in a measuring cup. Asking cause I have a lb bag I can use.View attachment 152714 View attachment 152715
I’d guess it’s about a tablespoon of flour, mix it in a quarter cup of warm water and add to chili, it thickens as it simmers
