Cooked some beer brats on the grill along with German potatoes and some red View attachment 162010 cabbage.

Made smashburgers on the grill last night:

Last week I did them with 2.5oz meat balls I smashed on the griddle top. Thought those were a bit small, so last night I had my son make the balls with 3.5oz of meat (we mixed in a little Italian sausage with the ground beef this time). I think next time in-between will be best - about 3.0oz per patty, double burgers, double cheese, grilled brioche and some Wickles hot pickles.

Mmmmmm mmmmmm good.

Today was daughters 13th Birthday. She asked for some grilled greek chicken her favorite meal. Not a bad way to eat yard bird.

we had the same meal tonight. Pita, rice, cucumber and all. No pics though.

If you swap out the brats for schnitzel, that's the meal my son cooked for my belated birthday. The red cabbage was amazing.
