To the OP - it is a derogatory term used to denigrate those that rise early, invest cash in a commodity and resell for markets prices.
The opportunity for purchasing ammo is available to all, yet those that show ambition are scorned by those that can't be burdened with inconvenience. Coupled with a lack of free market understanding, it creates envy and hate, much like AOC, Kamala Harris, or any number of socialists that would rather villainize those making profit, rather than show some drive and get part of that market themselves.
Kinda like Martin Shkreli?
I'm not sure what lying to investors has to do with buying ammo?
Buying the rights to the one medicine, then jacking up the price of the same. I know, current market value and all that, but those guys just attract ire by taking a bad situation and making it worse all in the name of profit.
Perhaps we should have some government entity regulate prices.
Perhaps we should have some government entity regulate prices.
Perhaps they could refrain from making the situation worse.
Seems to me they're making the situation better, for them.
Why don't you get up early and get some ammo for yourself?
If they get up and do that, what's an acceptable markup when the sell to folks that sleep in? 10%? 15%?
