I was only asking because his yard almost looks like Bermuda that he let grow out. Bermuda likes to be short. 1” and even shorter.

When you scalp it it looks like crap for a few days and then greens back up.

I would invest in a decent fence, decorative, wrought iron or vinyl.

Folks like that do not care what you think and will probably find it amusing.

I have had issues like that and also with loose running dogs, when speaking to the offending neighbor politely and as a adult only gets a F you I do what I want in return, then the behavior increases in a attempt to provoke you, sometimes its just not worth it.
