Not always ... A bad neighbor who is just absolutely determined to be an ******* knows no bounds. My "lovely" neighbors have gotten down to one dog several times over the years. Each time we are hopeful that that is the end of the constant chorus of barking dogs from that side of the fence. Oh hell no ...

And the old dog is doing exactly what they let it do -- teaching the new kid to bark incessantly ... 
Glad I don’t live in town. The one neighbor I have is enough. If this house wasn’t located where it’s at I might’ve moved years ago. The scenery is nice and occasionally provocative.
I will not share a fence with anyone...period!
