This guy is a Grade AA certifiable loon with a capital L.

Well if skipping on the last 3 or 4 mins of the video means I didn't watch it then so be it.

I could really give a damn why having other videos of him doing the EXACT same thing (speech impediment and all) means he shouldn't have his constitutional rights. I agree the rifle thing is ridiculous and sure he looks like an attention seeker but I'm not going to call a guy names because he believes in the same amendment I do.

There's standing up for your rights and then there is wasting law enforcement resources purposely to gain attention or notoriety. It's very clear what his intentions really were and easy to prove he was purposely disrupting park activities. He can't even remember the story he conjured up! What a D Bag!

I'm not calling him names because he believes in the 2nd Amendment. I'm calling him names because he earned them with foolish behavior. He could've managed the contact in a much better way, but instead he acts like an azzhat wherever he goes and posts videos about it under the moniker of "MarkedGuardian". He lied to the cops when they questioned him and he couldn't even quote the local ordinances or laws concerning his open carry status in the park itself.

No one said anything about him not having COTUS affirmed rights. We just think he's a fool in how he acts and what he does with those rights. The cops were 100% correct. With rights come responsibilities. Don't shirk the responsibilities while exercising the right!

I've seen his videos before and that guy is an azzhat of the 1st order. I just love the way he goads the cops along in implying that the people that are scared of guns need to be educated. Dude there are far better ways of doing that. And the cop(s) didn't play along. Good for them! This guy just makes us all look like nutcases and he will likely end up as some militia wannabe back in the hills somewhere fornicating his 12 year old cousin.

I said clowns and cowboys and I meant it. I'm not against excersising these rights at all, I carry a gun all day every day. I'm talking about everyone that can't wait to strap on thier six shooter or mall ninja rig to go looking for a confrontation just like the guy in the video did. There will be a right way to do things and a wrong way. Looking to make a spectacle of yourself will be the wrong way to go and make us all look like crayon eaters. The bottom line is looking for a reaction from the public and law enforment will get you a reaction and most likely not the one your hoping for.

This is a serious subject and should be treated as such.
