This prompted me to replace the broken drain valve on mine, also changed the oil.
There was no water (it only runs maybe 2-3 hours a year), but I feel better.

Here it is. I've got a couple air leak to lock down, but otherwise, it runs great, fills fast, and the siphon drain sucks up water from the bottom of the tank nicely.
