Arvest Bank is changing their stance on OC?

I just got off the phone with a lady at Arvest Bank, She informed me that they have changed thier minds and will be posting gunbuster signs at all their locations, No OC or CC ?
Just letting everyone know.
P.S. they called my shop for work purposes and she knows me and started talking about it and she is not in favor of the signs herself.
