Has anyone cooked this?
i have a few I'd like to give away.
i got a box of them and i need some room in the freezer.
each frozen vaccuum sealed package weighs about 5-6lbs.
you'll need to trim the skirting and fat as you see fit and cook as you wish.
i sear mine and crock pot slow cook for ~6 hours
some of the softest most moist barbecoa meat!

Stew meat!!! Add bay lea,f vegetables, tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomato ketchup and cabbage. One of my go-to meals during the week.

I just recently put a beef and about 25 pounds of antelope (that a member here gave me), in my freezer. Beef cheek meat sound delicious.

In other countries they boil the head and get all the meat falling off. I've head it wonderful
