I had a co-worker whose wife had a court order restricting him from entering their home. I don't know the entire story, only his side but he was homeless for a little while-not long but a few days. I think it depends upon how vicious the lawyer is...

Well we had to go over and help her and her teenage son move stuff out of the house Sunday evening. Only had to call the popo twice. LOL
Bunch of their stuff is in my shop now but hopefully they'll have a home by this weekend.
