Well, thanks for the advice (and jokes), unfortunately the plan has been nixed for right now. We got a closer look at the den today and realized that what my friend was hoping to do wasn't really going to work. The opening was to large, so we'd likely just waste the tannerite instead of getting rid of the den.
I think our plan now is to practice our sniping skills and take out the residents first, then deal with the home afterward.

I've made that request before in a couple different counties. One GW said yes.......... the other said no lol.

Brings back my comment that the trapping laws are so screwed up that even GW's have questions.
I know the GW in the county I hunt in has expressed dismay with the posting laws we had to use in the past as he is a trapper as well. Draconian BS with the signage that kinda got cleared up, but not totally a year or so ago.
