I have a weird take on this...if the fish are too toxic to eat more than twice a month...I don't want to eat them at all. That's like saying we encourage you to eat this fish because its healthy but in moderation because it's also toxic. Yeah, right...catch them and toss them on the steps of whoever is in charge with a note that says "please return these to whoever is poisoning them". Thanks, taxpayer.
That sure sounds like wanton waste to me.
It's a great feeling when your kids accomplish those big things like catching first fish.
