Do you really belive that CCW will protect you in any state above legal ramifications? Our legal system is set to use precedent as ongoing law.
It is why cops cannot stop and frisk, why they cannot detain you for a drug dog search past a reasonable time and without probable cause even.
I will never get a CCW simply because registration leads to confiscation. The state's I spend the bulk of my time in have constitutional carry anyways.
