Looking good.
What's your setup?

That was done with a 26 inch Weber Kettle. There are only two of us so anything for home consumption gets cooked on the Weber. I'm too lazy to tend the trailer pull smoker for one rack of ribs or a single brisket.

I have some paver bricks I use in it for flow control while cooking indirect.

Did my first rotisserie chicken last week it was tasty. I've had a rotisserie kit for about 8 years sitting on my shelf so i broke that dude out a few months ago and so far I haven't hated it.

Looks delicious. :thumb:

Hmmm... I bought a cheap battery operated rotisserie kit 30-35 years ago that I never installed. Now I'm wondering what happened to it...

We have a 120v rotisserie I’ve modified to use over an open campfire.
When you put 2-3 chickens on it you have to arm up and look threatening because that wonderful odor from the juices dripping onto the coals drifts down through the campground and you get lots of visitors that are all shifty eyed looking like they want to grab and run. [emoji12]
