There is a sauce that I thought up that I call Torino sauce. Had to call it something.
anyway, to make it, sautee garlic in olive oil add flour to form a roux, then add grated Mozzarella cheese and blend in well. Gradually add chicken broth stirring until it has the thickness of pasta sauce. Let it simmer for a while then add whatever sounds good to you.
I'm partial to canned chicken breast sliced black olives, mushrooms, and sometimes zucchini. Serve with pasta.
I made some yesterday, and it turned out unusually good. Cooked some penne pasta with it and ate well.
Always seeing something new on the site, I don’t think I’ve seen this thread before today.
Did some ribs today with my traeger. They came out pretty good! New rub, it had just a little sweetness to it. Can’t remember what it’s called, got it at the Beef Jerky Emporium.
